Food: Exclusively breastfed EVERY 2 hours.
Sleep: We had a rough first month. Reed is a people person and likes to be held, ALL the time. If you put him down, he'll wake up within 15 minutes. Not great for us trying to get sleep. The first two weeks Wes, my mom, and I took nighttime shifts. Wes took the first shift from about 9-midnight. Then he'd wake me up to feed Reed and I'd take the next shift till about 4am. Then I'd wake my mom up and she'd hold him until he woke up around 7 or 8 to eat. ZZzzzzz. We racked our brains for what could be wrong/what we could try to help. I thought he may be getting cold, so I wrapped him in his usual blanket, then swaddled him with a Velcro swaddle. He slept by himself for 3 hours!!! Praise God! We finally had a solution that allowed everyone to get a bit more sleep.
